This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Jacks or Better Master, published by Hipposcape LLC (“Hipposcape,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Information We Collect

Jacks or Better Master does not require an account or sign-in. Hipposcape does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information through the app. The app does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, does not use third-party analytics to collect user or device data, and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Game Information Stored on Your Device

The app may store your virtual bank amount, game statistics, settings, selected pay table, custom pay tables, award progress, daily-play status, and purchase entitlement locally on your device. This information is used to make the app work and preserve your choices. Hipposcape does not receive your hands, holds, scores, strategy results, custom pay tables, or locally stored game history.

Deleting the app may delete locally stored game information. A previously completed Apple purchase may be restored through Apple, but locally stored game progress may not be restored.

In-App Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Hipposcape does not receive or store your payment-card information. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit services to confirm purchase status and restore eligible purchases. Apple may provide Hipposcape with transaction status and aggregated sales or financial reports under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

No Real-Money Gambling

Jacks or Better Master is a video-poker strategy trainer and entertainment game. It does not accept real-money wagers and does not award cash or prizes.

Data Sharing and Retention

Because Hipposcape does not collect personal information or gameplay data through the app, we do not sell or share that information and do not retain it on Hipposcape servers.

Third-Party Services and Links

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple services for purchases. Apple processes information according to its own terms and privacy policy. If you choose to open a website or email link, the selected external service operates under its own privacy practices.

Children’s Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from users of any age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the app, our practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
